Back-2-School Donations
As another school year is upon us, we are excited to announce that we will be helping some local kiddos with school supplies and new shoes!
School Supplies – We are gathering school supplies for Powell Elementary School’s Party Bus again this year. Grab any or all of the items listed below and drop off to Guest Services by Sunday, July 20th – please do not place items in backpacks, they will be sorted by PES for distribution on July 22nd.
Shoe Drive – Last year our Clothes Closet collected 110 pairs of shoes to distribute to our CC families and local schools. This year we are providing shoes to specific kids within the two neighborhoods the Party Bus serves, in addition to those we previously served! Visit the table in The Gathering this Sunday for details to sponsor a child OR simply grab a pair of sneakers for the Clothes Closet to distribute where needed.
We are thankful for opportunities to serve our local community and for the generosity of our church body, who bless others so selflessly! We celebrate the ways we are able to live into our mission of bringing transformation to the world – one pencil and pair of shoes at a time!
