In the last 70 years, the field of science has revealed the importance of something called DNA. DNA contains our genetic code as living beings. This code contains the fundamental, distinctive, and unchangeable characteristics of someone or something. Since it’s discovery, DNA has been used for genetic testing, forensic studies, and historical research. DNA is the carrier of our essential genetic information.
When it comes to our faith, I believe there are certain fundamental, unchangeable, distinctive characteristics that embody those who chose to follow Jesus. We are given a divine DNA that directs our words, our actions, and our very lives. You are invited to join us in January and early February as we take a look at our DNA given to us by Jesus.
